PAOLI ZONING
The zoning changes the Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors recently enacted for Paoli include the new Transit and Town Center Districts. From day one, I will work to ensure that the implementation of these changes is open and successful and that the interests of all stakeholders, from our small business owners to Paoli's residents, are well represented. |
ARCWHEELER PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT FOR DAYLESFORD
Like the majority of residents of Daylesford, I oppose the proposed location of this project. The irreversible impact on the footprint and character of the Daylesford neighborhood is without question. While I support cautious redevelopment, this is not the right location for this proposed development. |
SOUND BARRIERS
Sound barriers must be installed when the Pennsylvania Turnpike is widened. My previous experience with PennDot combined with my current working relationships with both Democratic and Republican legislators will help me to work with and increase pressure on the PA Turnpike Commission to ensure that the barriers are installed when the Turnpike is widened. |
VALLEY FORGE MOUNTAIN
The Mountain's special snow removal needs and its acute deer problem must to be addressed systemically. Elevations and temperature variations warrant a change in winter weather protocols. The deer issue is a serious safety and quality of life concern for all residents requiring the implementation of an effective and conclusive resolution. |
